Welcome to the Website of the Alpha Upsilon Chapter

Of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity at Drexel University!

Happy Founder's Day
Celebrate December 10th, 1904! The Alpha Upsilon Chapter would like to wish brothers around the country a Happy Founder's Day. One hundred and five years ago on this day, Pi Kappa Phi was first established. With help of undergraduates and alumni members, Pi Kappa Phi has initiated over 100,000 men into our fraternity, and we hope to add many more over the next 105 years! Thank you for your continued support and enjoy your holiday season!

Fall 2009 Update

This fall, Pi Kappa Phi is entering its first Fall Recruitment Period as a fully chartered chapter in 6 years. It is an exciting time, for the chapter of 40+ men is looking to expand purposefully into an imperious force. With a host of new rush events and the return of our unrivaled Preference Event, we look forward to introducing our future brothers to the advantages of Pi Kappa Phi at Drexel University.
In addition to rush, this year will see the return of our Haunted House to benefit our national philanthropy Push America. It was the first event that we held as an associate chapter and we look forward to presenting it again. It is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 27th to Thursday, Oct. 28th from 7pm to 10pm. Please join us for some thrills and chills!

Finally, this term we will be celebrating the one year anniversary of our Re-Chartering and Initiation on November 21st starting at 1pm. It will be celebrated with a Parents / Alumni Day at the house and we strongly encourage all to join us for a day of great food and brotherhood. The house has had a fair amount of work done on it this summer, and is getting back to the way it was in the good ol’ days.
With that, we welcome everyone to join us in the coming year as we strengthen our chapter and build our brotherhood. God Bless Pi Kappa Phi!
